Tell Me Something Tuesday #10

Well, Tell Me Something Tuesday is here again, by hosted Cambria Hebert. Every week she asks a question and we answer. Sound good?

This week's question: What is your list for Must-Read this summer?

Well, I don't have a particular order, so I'll just them in the order that I think of them.

First up, Masquerade by Cambria Hebert. And no, I'm not just begging for brown points. In april, she held a read-along for this book, but I wasn't able to participate. This summer, I hope to get my hands on this and read it cover to cover.

Second, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I've already the first two cases in this, 10 more to go; not to mention the other Sherlock stories. ☺ Teehee

Next, The Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead. I saw it once at Barnes & Noble, and I wanted it. But I didn't have the money, and soon I forgot about it. Recently, a friend reminded me of it. Now, I am determined to get it and read it before the summer is out.

Last, The Picture of Dorian Grey by Ocar Wilde. This is the book I am currently reading. And it is fascinating!!!

( ◄ This is the version I have. ☺)

So that's mine list. Tell me, what's yours?

  1. What great picks! My daughter is reading Sherlock Holmes and she LOVES it!

I've had The Vampire Academy series on my TBR pile for a while and I can't wait to get to it. I've heard some great things.

Your last pick, the Picture of Dorian Gray is GORGEOUS! I'd love to have that book in my collection. *sigh*

Thanks for stopping by my TMST!

    1. :) Welcome to my blog! I can see why you daughter loves Sherlock Holmes, I do too!
I've also heard good thing about the Vampire Academy, that's why it's on my list. :)
You can find Dorian Grey at Barnes & Noble, same copy too. :)

  2. I haven't read Vampire Academy either, and now there are so many books that i am afraid it will take me forever to get through, LOL. But it looks like a great series! You have some unique choices on here, I will have to check a few out. And of course, i hope you get the chance to read Masquerade and if you do i hope you like it!!! :-)

    1. lol One book at a time, Cambria; you can do it!
I am to try to get Masquerade as soon as possible, but I need money first, well and a job.
Once I do read it I'll tell you what I think. ☺

  3. I was recommended The Picture Of Dorian Gray by a fellow blogger but haven't got round to even aquiring this one yet *hangs head in shame* according to reviews it is a must-read!

    ... I need more reading time!Ha!

    1. I've only read the first couple pages of Dorian Grey, and I can already tell it's good.Sorry if I'm making your list longer. ☺ lol

  4. Here you are... you left me a comment on my blog and no link so I didn't know where to go to return the comment! What a list. I read Sherlock Holmes a couple of years ago and completely enjoyed it. Isn't great that the classics can still thrill? The VA series is really good, although I thought the first two books were a bit slow, but hang in there it gets better and better. You had better add Charade to the list too! Happy Reading!

    1. lol Sorry, I forgot, I promise I'll remember next time. ☺
Yes, I love Sherlock. I've read The Study in Scarlet and The Sign of the Four. I started The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes awhile back, but stop because my schedule got full. With summer here, I want to pick it up again.
Ok, I'll add Charade to my list too; the more the merrier. ☺
      Thanks for dropping in!

  5. The Vampire Academy series is great! The author also has a spin-off series that has started out pretty well. Happy reading! I'm a new follower - yeah!
